The New Beast

The new Elite 9.9 SSL is a fair weapon of a bike. Last year's was a dream, but this one's even better. With a lower BB, longer top tube, lighter frame, and other tweaked angles, it's pretty crazy. The whole thing looking even cooler helps too!
Moto Midget
This little dude's struggling to hold his head up, but will still be up to thrashing on a moto.
The Beast
The best part of summer is getting to hoon around on this.
The Original Steed
My dad's bike from the 80s is still kickin on.
Boot Camp
Trying to pretend I have some discipline. Or is that learning to do what I'm told?
K-9 Cooper
'Cooper' the mut fine-tuning his surfing skills in the pool.
The Tent Embassy
The Aboriginal Tent Embassy on the lawns of Old Parliament House in Canberra. In front of a statue of some privileged pommie king.
Chummy
It feels good being on the podium with mates. A well deserved victory to Maca and a great ride by Hendo.
Altitude Training
While not that high, 1700m is high when you've been at 0 for a while. The Buller short track was good fun - loose, dusty, fast, and painful.
Second 2nd
I was happy to get on the podium again, with UCI points and good cash included. 1 second off first after a demanding race was good. The form is building.
Cheers
The Buller crowds consisted mainly of DH and XC riders. Any crowd's good to help push through the pain.
Sorry Sight
John Hendo right after his 3rd at Buller. Tough day at the office, even compared to a full day plumbing. This sorry sight inspired me to smack my race from the gun.
